Have you seen us?  Sure you have, we’re the same folks showing you the building during your leasing tour and now we are here to answer your questions!  The Front Desk at The Falls started out as a location for mail to be picked up during construction and has now turned into The Falls own concierge.  How do I restart my fireplace?  How do I work my fan?  It was questions like these being fielded on a daily basis that allowed us to create the move-in manual!  If it’s not in there, submit a maintenance request and like magic, the maintenance request fairies will set you up for an appointment or get you an answer to your question.  Want to know local happenings?  Places to eat, visit or stay?  We’ve created our bi-weekly newsletter fresh for delivery spreading goings on at the building, the county and many other enjoyable highlights.  Staying away for a while?  Need deliveries coordinated?  We’ve got you covered, and we're here to keep you happy.
